- trav willinut Added June 08, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The rooms haven't been updated since the 70s, this is evident from the exposed asbestos corrigate out side and the panneling in the bathroom. Customer service is poor. Wifi is unstable and unsecured. You will get better value for money and quality staying at a pub or backpackers closer to town.
The restaurant has average pub meals at nearly twice the price with floor staff working at lower ability than a McDonald's operator, requests being ignored and having to ask three times to have a single bottle removed from the table.
On a plus side, MONA is a short walk away with the best pizza you can buy a little further on, check out Local Pizza. - Grace Bell Added May 19, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Lovely view but only a small room was available for a family of four and even with pillows as an extra mattress the trundle bed was uncomfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Also friendly ducks that knocked on the window.
